Shipping Delays, Lost and Damaged Items

Our responsibility is to pack your order securely and ship it in a timely manner. Once we hand your order off to a shipping carrier we have no control over the timely delivery of your order. Delays can happen in shipping due to weather, loss of item, or other reasons. We will assist with delayed deliveries by contacting the carrier and providing you with information. In the event the item is permanently lost we may reship the item or provide a refund.

When We Ship

For the vast majority of orders we ship your item the same day or day after we receive your order. You will receive a confirmation that the order has shipped - note the confirmation is auto generated by our system, and sends you the confirmation on the day of shipping. The tracking information on the tracking link provided may not appear until later that day. Most of our shipping occurs between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM west coast time, Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sunday or major holidays.

Tracking

Tracking information on a carrier's tracking website is not updated in real time. Furthermore, it can occur that a package is not scanned by them as it passes through various distribution centers on its way to you. We have seen many occasions when there is no activity showing on the tracking website, and the package suddenly appears at your door. Again, tracking websites are run by the carriers not us.

Your Address

Shipping labels pull the name and address directly from the information you provide when you place the order. Please be sure the address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Cost

We do not profit from shipping. We have significantly discounted negotiated rates with all carriers and we pass those rates on to our customers. Shipping has become very expensive, and we do everything we can to keep that cost down.

All carriers charge “oversize fees” for large packages. Unfortunately 60” defensive poles fall into that category. These fees range from $15 to $25 per package on top of the regular shipping cost. Purchasing one defensive shaft has the most expensive shipping cost, per item.
