Savage X Lacrosse Limited Warranty

Savage X Lacrosse® offers a conditional limited warranty on all lacrosse shafts purchased and used within the United States and Canada. Products sold outside of the United States and Canada are not eligible for warranty coverage.

If a warranty claim is approved, Savage X Lacrosse® will replace any product that becomes unusable, unsafe, or broken under normal playing conditions during the warranty period. Products must have been purchased directly from our website or through an authorized retailer to qualify for warranty coverage.

Upon receipt of your warranty claim, a member of our Customer Service team will review the submission and provide instructions regarding the next steps. Shipping charges may apply.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Complete and submit the Warranty Claim Form.

2. Our Customer Service team will review your claim and contact you as soon as possible with the status of your request and any required next steps.

3. Once your claim has been approved and processed, we will ship the replacement product promptly.

Warranty Terms

• Warranty coverage is valid for one (1) replacement per original product purchase.

• The warranty period extends for sixty (60) days from date of purchase.

Savage X Lacrosse® will make every reasonable effort to replace the product with the same model and color originally purchased. If the original model or color is unavailable, Savage X Lacrosse® reserves the right to provide a replacement product of equal value at its discretion.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty coverage, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must have been purchased directly from Savage X Lacrosse® or an authorized retailer.

• The original purchaser must submit the warranty claim. Resold or second-hand products are not eligible for warranty coverage.

• The shaft must have been used only for its intended purpose and under normal playing conditions.

• The shaft must not have been altered, modified, abused, defaced, or damaged through negligence or misuse.

• The damage must render the shaft unsafe for play or otherwise unusable.

• The warranty claim must be submitted within the applicable 60-day warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear and tear, including dents, scratches, dings, chips, scrapes, fading, or other minor surface damage that does not affect the structural integrity, safety or performance of the shaft.

• Normal wear to graphics, finishes, factory engravings, textures, or coatings resulting from use, taping, transportation, weather conditions, temperature fluctuations, or other environmental factors.

• Custom engraving or modifications not performed or authorized by Savage X Lacrosse®.

• Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper storage, non-game use, or intentional damage.

• Damage caused by painting, dyeing, baking, pinching, excessive flexing, or any other modification or treatment that alters the product from its original condition.

• Clearance, factory-second, discounted, final-sale, sample, complementary or promotional items.

Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or misuse of the product may void this warranty.
