Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Due to excessive shipping costs we do not accept returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or International customers. Processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Eligibility
Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, never fitted with a head, and must arrive without return shipping damage to qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Carrier delays do not qualify for a refund.
Damaged in Shipping
If a product was damaged when originally shipped to you, please use the Warranty Form for resolution.
Exchanges
Because exchanges require multiple shipments (original delivery, return to Savage X, and shipping the replacement), we’re unable to process exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you’d like.

Non-returnable Items
Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, use the Warranty Form within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
